We take an experiential learning approach to our training workshops which tackle real leadership issues in an interactive and challenging way. Our learner-focused approach produces an increased interest in growth and development, better long-term retention, and easier transfer of learning to participants’ specific leadership contexts. We can deliver two hour, half day, or full day workshops, depending on each company’s needs.
