Coaching is quickly becoming an essential management tool that every leader is expected to use in order to effectively empower his or her team. Coaching works because it encourages and challenges the client to move forward, but it keeps the responsibility for change and growth on the client rather than the coach. It is action oriented, goal focused, and empowers rather than controls. More and more leaders are seeing the value of both coaching others and themselves being coached.

We offer two levels of coach training:

1) The “Leader as Coach” Workshop: This three day workshop is for any leader or HR professional wanting to introduce coaching into his or her current position.

2)  Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program: This 60-hour professional coach training is for anyone who wants to gain key coaching skills and take on a part-time or full-time coaching role. Graduates of this program may go on to apply for an International Coach Federation credential. This program is offered in partnership with Creative Results Management.
