Mark Tovell

Mark is Pinnacle’s lead consultant and executive coach specializing in leadership, team development, and organizational health. Mark has spent the last five years empowering mid and senior level leaders across Indonesia. He is an inspirational yet challenging consultant/coach, who enjoys helping clients succeed. He takes a holistic approach that focuses on both individual and organizational health and performance.

Mark has an MA in Leadership from Trinity Western University in Langley, Canada, and is an accredited coach with the International Coach Federation.

He has worked for a number of years for Global organizations, including Agricore-United (Now Viterra) – Canada’s leading global agri-business, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. His clients have come from many different business sectors, including manufacturing, tourism, management consulting, and telecommunications.

Mark is a licensed associate with CRG (Consulting Resource Group) and is equipped to use many different personality, leadership, and cultural assessment tools.

Born and educated in Canada, Mark has spent a number of years studying Indonesian culture and leadership. He brings a global leadership perspective to the Indonesian context. His wife is Indonesian, and he plans on continuing to live and work in Indonesia in the foreseeable future. He is fluent in both English and Indonesian.

Maria Sulistiantini

Maria, also known as Tini, is an essential part of the Pinnacle team. She is a law graduate from Parahyangan University in Bandung and is a certified lawyer through PERADI. She brings a unique perspective to clients’ human resource challenges, providing solutions that encompass both the legal and human sides of each issue. She is also an excellent coach who can effectively challenge and bring out the best in others.

Maria has experience working for both Indonesian and foreign organizations and is fluent in both English and Indonesian.
